PAUL is a French family bakery and Patisserie since 1889 and there are 250 units in France and over 30 shops outside France. I had lunch at this specific spot in Rouen this past week.
I thought it would be apropos to dine at a PAUL bakery while in France in honor of my blog's #1 comment contributer - and a regular at the PB&G. (Paul, I miss your comments lately - what's up?).
