Birthday Party

We won this past Sunday night and after the game the boys took me out for a little birthday celebration - thanks guys!

Where's Paul?

Where is Paul? He missed our game last Sunday, and no comments from him this past couple weeks. If anyone can find him let him know the game is at 7:30 this week and bring the pelt back.

My First Birthday

Here I am with my mom at my first birthday party back on November 6, 1960. My mom made my dress along with a matching one for my cousin who is a few months older than me.

Here I am clutching a doll I received as a gift. My dad and the furnishings in the room are truly classic "vintage" 50s and 60 style.

Halloween Fun

Scott outdid everyone with his Redneck costume. Since the game was so late last night the turnout was low for others to show up in costume.

Shawn won the pelt for a tough game in the net against the Fort.

Big Jim, where were you? I needed you last night - those big guys were pushing me down - WHAAA!

Game Tonight @ 8:50pm

Before the game tonight we will see how many show up dressed up for our annual Halloween costume contest.

$10 is the fee to vote whether you are in costume or not - winner takes all.

The PB&G will be open for those who want to stay after the game

Happy Birthday!

Last night there was a surprise party for one of my friends from the France trip and it was kind of a mini trip reunion as it was good to see some of the girls from the trip - We will definitely need to plan a follow up party for the whole group.

Linda's kids did an awesome job of putting together such a wonderful and memorable party - Thanks for inviting me!

I Voted!

I took advantage of the advance voting in Kansas yesterday. Even though it took almost three hours, it was worth it as I am sure the lines will be even longer on Tuesday. Too bad Missouri did not have the same type of early voting opportunities.

I got at Metcalf South at 10:30am and finished up at 1:15pm. The line went around most of the second floor of the mall and it moved pretty quickly for all the people that were there to vote. There were a few kids, too - the people in front of me brought theirs so they could learn about the voting process - and see first hand how many people are voting in this election.
