WTF?

Scott missed our game on Sunday. He said he had an injury from a run in with a washing machine - if that's what you want to call it.

Victory over the Fort

Charlie is proudly sitting with the pelt last night after beating the Fort. He lead us to victory with his scoring but Shawn was a close runner up for the pelt with a shut out. Big Jim deserves mention for his time in the penalty box, too.We were short skaters again this week, but guess who showed up back from Louisiana to help us out. (Nice photobomb).

Lootie

So where's the beer special? We don't care how you get it, bring the beer next time.

Look Out!

During this past week, Chris enjoyed wearing the pelt and avoiding biking accidents.
Thanks Shawn for sharing this image of a nice face plant.

Victory over Shockers

We beat the Shockers last night 4-1 and Shawn won the pelt for his awesome job in the net.

Cheers to Liz!

The Shoebox Studio moved to a new location on our corporate campus this past week and Liz was in charge of the move. Everything went smoothly and we all greatly appreciate her successful efforts. The PB&G "caterered" the event and had food and drink to welcome folks into our new area. (Oh, we wished these were real apple-tinis, but they were just Mountain Dew). No matter what is in the glasses, Liz deserves many CHEERS!!!

This is a close up of the clock in the background of the photo above. I did a little photoshop work to create a custom face for clock outside of Liz's office and it features her dogs; Doc @ 3:00, Howie @ 6:00, Blue @ 9:00 and Lucy @ 12:00. The time that this picture was taken was at "Blue" til five (on Friday afternoon) which was time to us to get the hell out of there and get a real martini - and more Cheers to Liz!!!

Double Take

Nice legs.

Sexy towels.

Fun with Lionel Trains

My dad and I have been working on setting up his old Lionel trains and this past weekend we built a new table in my folks basement. (Actually, I did all the work building and he supervised - My dad's health is not so good so that is okay.) We started decorating and adding accessories last night - it will definitely be an ongoing project (and money pit, too).

PB (no G)

Sorry Jim, no grill this week - but the bar is still open.

Here's to the new season.

Welcome Chris!

Chris, our new teammate earned the pelt for scoring a goal on his first shift of his first game with the team. Keep up the scoring as we are counting on you to keep us in the games against the Gilmore Girls and the Fort.

New Jersey Options

We are looking at new jerseys for the upcoming season and if you have a preference please add a comment below the images. The prices are also shown below the name of each. The price is for jersey only (printing and numbering will be extra). All styles of sock are $6.85 per pair.

Elephants on Parade

The circus has arrived in KC and the elephants paraded from Union Station to the Sprint Center this afternoon.
Here they are crossing Main at 19th.

Where's Rollie?

Don't ask, don't tell! Rollie says he is in Louisiana helping clean up after Gustav and Ike (if that is what you want to call it).

Also, where the hell is Charlie???? Look out Paula - you're next!

PB&G

Things were "tootin'" at the Pelt Bar & Grill Sunday night. If there was a way to use the natural gas coming from our team our economy would be in great shape.
Love ya, Scottie!

Sarah Palin

Since everyone else is talking about about Sarah, I am going to join in, too. Here she is in the middle of a group of pelt wearing vikings - most likely some of her hunting and fishing buddies.
Despite the other things that are currently in the news about Palin and her family it is obvious that she will be popular with the pelt voters.
